Prize Winner is responsible for any and all sales tax, state and federal taxes.
The Prize winner will receive a 1099 form from Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund Inc. Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund Inc is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
100% of the net proceeds will benefit Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund Inc.

Winner will be announced on July 16, 2022 at 8pm at The Angel Deck Party @ The Brook 319 New Zealand Road, Seabrook, NH, 03874 and need not be present!
