ADA Bath For Cameron

Since birth Cameron has had to go thru many open-heart surgeries where they were able to repair his heart. After going thru all these surgeries, we were hit with the news that he also has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

DMD is a terminal illness where Cam’s muscles are deteriorating and getting weaker every day. As Cameron gets older this horrible disease is making most of the simple things in life hard or impossible.

Eight months ago, Cameron lost his ability to walk and he now needs a bathroom that he can access with the power wheelchair, that he is confined to every day. Cameron needs a place at home where he can take a shower without the struggle of getting in and out of a tub or just a sink to wash his hand and brush his teeth.

We have been working on getting Cameron a full handicap bathroom for over a year and now and we are almost there. We need to raise $5,000.00 to be able to afford it. Having a Handicap bathroom is a necessity for Cameron. This will make his daily life easier and will make it possible for our family to continue to care for Cameron in the way that he needs in our home.
