Hi, my name is Justin. I'm 44 years old and have 3 young, beautiful children.

I was recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer for the third time. I’ve been out of work a couple weeks already and will be hospitalized at MGH for 1 month for a CAR t cell replacement. The doctors said I'll be out of work at least 3 months after the procedure.

I have 3 beautiful kids, rent and other household bills I won't be able to keep up with. Please, if you can help me and my family during this time it would be a great stress relief and greatly appreciated.
