An Update and a Look Ahead Bill DaGiau
I know the newsletter has been coming out a little late the past two months. We’ve had A LOT going on at Annie’s Angels and I wanted you to have the BREAKING NEWS! And, yes I know this one is a bit late as well. The truth is, this month I’ve been looking back at 2017 and reflecting on how lucky Annie’s Angels has been. How blessed we are to have YOU all in our lives, to have your support for our Angel Families, and yes, again, thank you just doesn’t seem like enough. To everyone who made a 1 time donation, thank you. To everyone who supported our events; The Heavenly Ball, Rye By The Sea 5K Run/Walk & Duathlon, Dancing Through the Decades, Lucas Helping Hands Motorcycle Ride or the Lucas Helping Hands Softball Tournament, thank you. If you are making a monthly contribution, thank you. To Colwen Management, Arete Chiropractic and The Vineyards Wine & Literary Society thank you for making Christmas 2017 a reality for our Angel Families. Without you there would have been no Christmas for many of our Angel Kids, thank you. From January 1, 2017 to September 31, 2017 Annie’s Angels helped more families than in any other complete calendar year. We were on the brink of having to do something I never ever want to do, turn families away. So looking ahead to 2018, with the support of our Board of Directors I have set a lofty goal of raising $520,000.00 to help us continue to assist as many seacoast families as possible and to help us continue the tradition of never having to say no. We will only meet this goal if you do what love requires, live to serve. We will need your time, talent and treasure. Join us for what will be an exciting 2018!
It’s the 11th Annual Heavenly Ball Fundraiser!! Presented by Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund and EnviroVantage
This annual celebration is our biggest single fundraiser of the year. Last year’s event raised nearly $80,000.00 thanks to supporters like you. This year our goal will be to break the $100,000.00 ceiling. I know it’s a steep goal and it will be a hard fought battle to get there but with your support, your effort helping us get the word out, we can reach and exceed that goal!
Do you shop online? Do you shop on Amazon.com? If you do, please click the banner below to enter our Amazon.com store. By doing this you will help Annie’s Angels raise much needed funds. You shop, we benefit! It won’t cost you a thing. Thanks for your support.
