Recently I lost my brother Jeffrey to his hard-fought battle with gastric cancer which metastasized to his liver.  Jeffrey passed on May 31st, 2016 three days after his birthday.  He will forever be in my heart and prayers.

My brother Jason is diagnosis with gastric cancer in August of 2016 (3 months after his brother Jeff passed) and as with Jeffrey has undergone a total gastrectomy (the whole stomach is removed).  Jason continues to fight his battle with cancer and is undergoing biweekly chemotherapy treatments to control his cancer which has metastasized.

The nightmare grows worst for my family.   The devastation of mom and the family losing a son and brother, and now a second son, and third son, Bryan is diagnosed with micropapillary bladder cancer at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a rare 1 to 2 % of bladder cancers and is considered highly aggressive.  I am currently scheduled for a major 8-hour surgery on January 24th, 2019 for a cystectomy and neobladder construction.  My surgeon has stated “this will not be a repeat of your Brother (Jeffrey’s outcome) and mom will not lose another son.”  Thank GOD!

You’re Encouragement, Inspiration, and Prayers are greatly appreciated, and I am forever thankful.

In addition to medical bills not covered by insurance, medical expenses continue to mount and loss of income during surgery will have a traumatic negative impact on covering basic living expenses and meeting mortgage payments.  The last thing I want to happen is lose my home while fighting cancer. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to Annie’s Angels on our behalf.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Kind Regards,

Bryan
